The Miraluna Kiotari Seaside Resort consists of 9 buildings in bungalow style (on is the main building) in an area of 30.000 sqm with gardens. Facilities include reception, restaurants, bars, swimming pools including a children's pool and indoor pool, aqua kids club with waterslide, health centre (local charge), internet corner (local charge), lounge, shops, amphitheater for occasional night shows, TV room and amimation programme. Safety deposit boxes are available (local charge).
Room facilities include bathroom, air conditioning (local charge), TV, telephone, hairdryer, fridge and mini bar (local charge). All rooms have a balcony or terrace with views of either the mountain, pool, garden or sea.

Opening times vary between different hotels.
