Our facility is located 12 kilometers from Parma. From the ring road you can quickly reach the A1 Milan-Bologna motorway, the Parma Exhibition Centre, the University campus with the Engineering, architectural faculties and also the Parma university sports centre. Our rooms are all equipped with Wi-Fi. To welcome you in your room, a set of natural water bottles and an electric kettle for tea or coffee. Our customer services are include room cleaning, breakfast buffet, laundry, taxi service, in-room dining.For those who want to stay only a few hours, we have special rates to offer and if you extend your stay for the whole night we make a small surcharge with breakfast included.
