Most rooms are equipped with internet access, a telephone, a TV, a radio, a DVD player and wireless internet access. Guests will also find slippers provided. In each of the bathrooms, guests will find a shower, a bathtub, a hairdryer and bathrobes.

The hotel offers an outdoor pool and a children',s pool. The sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace offer a great place to unwind. The hot tub offers revitalisation. The poolside bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. Those wishing to enjoy sports whilst on holiday can have fun on-site with tennis. In addition, fishing is offered for a fee. *Please note we are undertaking a project to increase the queen room inventory by another 20 rooms. The project is scheduled to finish by 5th August.2016 The work is scheduled between 11 00am and 6 00pm daily and Another product improvement project is the beautification works of the pool decks of our two pools. The project is scheduled for a total of 6 weeks and will be completed on or before 23rd July. Work will be carried out in different phases (only one pool will have work on going at any point of time) so as to ensure minimal disturbance to our guests. Working hours are scheduled daily between 3 00pm and 11 00pm. During all phases of the project, our guests can continue to enjoy our two pools as well as our private beach that will remain open.
NOTE from 4th 11th March 2017 The restaurant will be open for dining, however, limited seating will be available due to the group event taking place within, part of the restaurant during the above dates.
5th March 2017 Pool Access
The infinity pool will be closed throughout the day however guests are welcome to use the lagoon pool and kids pools will remain available during our usual operating hours from 7 00 am until 7 00 pm.
7th 8th March 2017 Beach Access
The main beach area will open for general usage, please note a small section of the beach will not be available.
NOTE FROM THE HOTEL Due to unforeseen circumstances, Palm Avenue will be under-going essential repairs and maintenance starting from Sunday 7 July 2018 7 August 2018, during this period we foresee minor noise disturbances during operating hours. Kindly note the pool and beach and pool facilities will be operating as usual. With food and beverage service around these areas available.
The Palm Avenue menu will be available in Mezzarie all-day dining restaurant open daily from 6 30 am 11 00 pm. Shisha will be served at Peacock Alley.
